
I founded my business in 1998 as a solopreneur after seeing the need of having quick-response, on-site, technical support for PLC & other Automation devices that required advanced troubleshooting. As satisfied customers continued to spread the word, and my business continued to grow, I began to build a team of Technicians & Engineers to meet the ever-increasing demand of support, while still maintaining the quick-response we were known for. As the years having gone by, we have continued to grow our team, increase our capabilities, and improve our processes, all-the-while keeping-up with ever-changing automation & technology.
