When you want to add a new feature to your program, like a new alarm, or have your program changed to improve performance or any other type of non-urgent change, scheduled service is the tool to use.
2. How is Scheduled Service defined?
Our scheduled PLC support in the United States is defined as service scheduled with at least (2) business days’ notice during normal business hours (8 am – 4 pm). Emergency Service takes priority of Scheduled Service due to its urgency and may cause Scheduled Service to be rescheduled.
3. How much does Scheduled Service Cost?
The cost of Scheduled Service for those customers without a Service Agreement is $160/hr, Portal to Portal, with a (4)hr minimum ($640).
4. What happens if we cancel our scheduled service?
If you cancel your scheduled service and contact us before someone has been dispatched there will be no charge. If someone has already been dispatched when you cancel, you will be charged for two hours ($320) or actual travel time incurred whichever is greater.
