PLC Scheduled Service

This is the service to use for non-urgent situations like adding a feature, or a new alarm, to your existing design. Or tweaking your program to improve performance.

 

 

1. How does Scheduled Service Work?

When you want to add a new feature to your program, like a new alarm, or have your program changed to improve performance or any other type of non-urgent change, scheduled service is the tool to use.

2. How is Scheduled Service defined?

Scheduled Service is defined as service scheduled with at least (2) business days notice during normal business hours (8 am – 4 pm). Emergency Service takes priority of Scheduled Service due to its urgency and may cause Scheduled Service to be rescheduled.

3. How much does Scheduled Service Cost?

The cost of Scheduled Service for those customers without a Service Agreement is $150/hr, Portal to Portal, with a (4)hr minimum ($600). 4. What happens if we cancel our scheduled service?

If you cancel your scheduled service and contact us before someone has been dispatched there will be no charge. If someone has already been dispatched when you cancel, you will be charged for two hours ($300) or actual travel time incurred whichever is greater.
