Our PLC remote services for the entire world offers us the ability to connect to your equipment without leaving our office. This eliminates the need for travel time, which often results in near INSTANT response.
1. How does Remote Support Work?
Depending on the amount of equipment you want to be supported, and the way you want us to connect, together we will develop a strategy that will best serve your needs. Options are available to connect through a wired (Cat5) connection, Wireless (WIFI) connection, or a cellular connection. Cellular requires no connection to your existing network (which makes most IT people happy).
2. How much does Remote Support Cost?
Once we develop the connection strategy, we will provide you with a quote for the one-time cost of the equipment and installation required to support you remotely. After that, the cost for is a minimum of (2) hours at the applicable rate either [ Emergency Service $240/hr, ($480) or Scheduled Service $160/hr ($320)]
3. How do I initiate Remote Support
Once the equipment is in place and you need support, you simply contact us and we will have someone connect to your equipment. Remote Support requires someone from your facility to be at the machine the entire time, talking to our Technician to provide feedback of the system status.
