1. How does Remote Support Work?
Depending on the amount of equipment you have, and the way you want us to connect, we will develop a strategy that will best serve your needs. Options are available to connect through a wired (Cat5) connection, Wireless (WIFI) connection, or a cellular connection. Cellular requires no connection to your existing network (which makes most IT people happy).
2. What is the Cost?
Once we develop the connection, we will provide you with a quote for the one-time cost of the equipment and installation required to support you remotely. After that, the cost for is a minimum of two hours at the applicable rate either [ Emergency Service $240/hr, ($480) or Scheduled Service $160/hr ($320)]
3. How do I initiate Remote Support?
Once the equipment is in place and you need support, you simply contact us and we will have someone connect to your equipment. Remote Support requires someone from your facility to be at the machine the entire time, talking to our Technician to provide feedback of the system status.
